[기획] 비혼 출산, 어떻게 생각하십니까?

최근 방송인 사유리 씨가 자국인 일본에서 ‘비혼 출산’을 한 것이 이슈가 되었다. 사유리 씨의 비혼 출산과, 한국에서는 ‘비혼 출산’이 불법이라고 언급한 인터뷰는 한국 사회에서 결혼과 자녀에 대한 가치관이 변하고 있으며, 새로운 가족형태가 등장하고 있음을 각인시키는 계기가 되었다.

다양성이 점점 중시되는 사회에서 비혼 출산에 대한 사람들의 생각은 어떠할까? 그리고 비혼 출산과 관련된 법적/사회적 장벽에 대한 사람들의 인식이 어떠할까? 한국리서치 여론 속의 여론 팀은 지난 2020년 12월 11일부터 14일까지 전국 만 19세 이상 성인남녀 1,000명을 대상으로 비혼 출산에 대한 설문을 진행하였다.

주요 내용

• 결혼은 해도 좋고 하지 않아도 좋다는 의견이 60%였지만, 자녀는 있는 것이 좋다는 의견이 52%로 있어도 없어도 무관하다는 응답(37%)보다 높았다.

• 비혼 출산에 대해 ‘찬성한다’는 응답은 57%, ‘반대한다’는 43%로 나타났다. 하지만 본인이 비혼 출산을 선택할 의사가 있냐는 질문에는 ‘없다’(67%)의 응답 비율이 높았고, 실제로 본인의 비혼 출산을 고민해본 적이 있냐는 질문 역시 ‘없다’(81%)고 답한 비율이 높았다.

• 이처럼 인식과 실제 선택 사이에서 차이를 보인 이유로는 ‘태어날 아이의 행복(35%)’, ‘본인의 의지(24%)’, ‘경제적 능력(18%)’ 등의 순으로 나타났다. 이는 비혼 출산뿐만 아니라 비혼 상태에서 자녀를 입양하는 것에 대한 질문에서도 비슷한 양상을 보였다.

• 비혼 출산 관련 법 개정에 대한 인식 조사에서는 ‘정상 가족’의 범위를 확대해야한다는 의견이 가장 높은 긍정 응답 비율을 보였고, ‘공공정자은행 설립’, ‘보조생식술(시험관 시술) 대상의 명확한 규정’, ‘보조생식술 범위 확대’ 순으로 긍정 응답 비율이 높았다.

한국인들의 결혼과 자녀에 대한 생각

결혼에 대한 생각은 ‘해도 좋고 하지 않아도 좋다’는 응답이 60%로 가장 높았다. ‘해야 한다’는 응답은 32%, ‘하지 않는 것이 좋다’는 응답은 8%에 그쳤다. 하지만 자녀를 갖는 것에 대해서는 ‘있는 것이 좋다’는 응답이 52%로 가장 높았고, ‘있어도 없어도 무관하다’(37%), ‘없는 것이 낫다’(11%) 순이었다. 결혼에 대해서는 다소 유보적인 태도이지만, 자녀의 필요성은 긍정하는 인식이 확인되었다.

결혼을 해야 한다는 응답은 남자가 여자보다 높았고, 연령이 높아질수록 높아지는 경향을 보였다. 결혼은 해도 좋고 하지 않아도 좋다는 응답은 여자가 남자보다 높았고, 18-29세와 30대에서 각각 68%로 전체 평균보다 높았다. 자녀에 대한 응답 역시 유사한 특성을 보였다. 한편, 18-29세에서는 결혼은 하지 않는 것이 좋다는 응답, 그리고 자녀는 없는 것이 낫다는 응답이 다른 연령대에 비해 높았다.

비혼 출산에 대한 생각

비혼 출산, 찬성 57% vs 반대 43%

결혼을 하지 않고 정자를 기증받아 아이를 낳는 비혼 출산에 대해 찬성한다는 응답은 57%(매우 12% + 대체로 45%), 반대한다는 응답은 43%(매우 13% + 대체로 30%)였다.

찬성 응답은 18-29세에서 72%로 가장 높게 나타났으며 연령대가 낮을수록 찬성 응답 비율이 높았다. 반대 응답은 50대에서 56%, 60세 이상에서 53% 등 연령대가 높을수록 높았다. 또한, 찬성 응딥은 미혼과 자녀가 없는 응답자에서, 반대 입장은 기혼과 자녀가 있는 응답자에서 높았다. 남녀간의 차이는 크지 않았다(남자 찬성 55%, 여자 찬성 59%).

찬성하는 IQ Option에 대한 의견 이유, 본인의 의사가 가장 중요

비혼 출산을 찬성하는 이유는 ‘본인의 의사가 가장 중요하다고 생각해서’가 66%로 가장 높았고, ‘결혼을 하지 않아도 자녀를 가질 수 있다고 생각해서’(48%), ‘사회의 다양성을 존중해야 한다고 생각해서(39%)’가 뒤를 이었다. 특히 ‘결혼을 하지 않아도 자녀를 가질 수 있다고 생각한다’는 응답은 여성(58%)이 남성(36%)보다 높았는데, 이는 우리 사회가 규정하고 IQ Option에 대한 의견 있는 ‘정상 가정’ 대한 규범이 여성보다 남성에게 강하게 작용하는 것을 유추해 볼 수 있다.

또한, 연령이 높을수록 ‘저출산 해결에 도움이 된다’의 응답 비율이 높았고, 연령이 낮을수록 ‘본인의 의사가 가장 중요하다고 생각해서’, ‘사회의 다양성을 존중해야 한다고 생각해서’ 응답의 비율이 높았다. 연령대에 따라 여성의 출산에 대한 인식차가 큰 것을 시사한다.

반대하는 이유, 어머니와 아버지의 사랑을 모두 받고 자라야 아이가 행복

비혼 출산을 반대하는 이유는 ‘어머니와 아버지의 사랑을 모두 받고 자라야 아이가 행복할 것 같아서’이라는 응답이 65%로 가장 높았고, ‘한부모 가정과 비슷한 차별이 우려되어서’(46%) ‘윤리적이지 못하다고 생각해서’(34%)가 뒤를 이었다.

50대 이상 고연령층에서는 ‘어머니와 아버지의 사랑을 모두 받고 자라야 아이가 행복할 것 같아서’ 와 ‘윤리적이지 못하다고 생각해서’라는 응답이, 30대 이하 저연령층에서는 ‘한부모 가정과 비슷한 차별이 우려되어서’와 ‘비혼 임신에 대한 법적 제도가 부족해서’ 를 꼽은 응답이 높았다.

법적인 문제가 없다면 비혼 출산을 선택할 것 같냐는 질문에는 ‘없다’(67%)는 응답이 더 높았다. 비혼 출산 선택시 가장 고려한 항목은 ‘태어날 아이의 행복’(IQ Option에 대한 의견 31%)이었는데, 선택 의사에 따라 나눠보면 비혼 출산 의향이 있는 응답자들은 ‘본인의 의지'(35%)를 가장 많이 고려하였고, 비혼 출산 의향이 없는 응답자들은 ‘태어날 아이의 행복(44%)’을 가장 많이 고려해 차이를 보였다.

한편, 현재 배우자가 없는 여성에게만 실제로 본인의 비혼 출산에 대해 고민해본 적이 있냐는 질문을 던졌다. 그 결과 ‘있다’ 응답은 19%였는데, 18세~29세(22%)와 30~39세(30%)에서 고민해 본 적 있다는 응답이 높았다.

비혼자의 자녀 입양에 대한 생각

배우자 없는 비혼자의 자녀 입양, 찬성 60% VS 반대 40%

배우자가 없는 비혼자가 자녀를 입양하여 가족을 구성하는 것에 대해 찬성한다는 응답은 60%(매우 10% + 대체로 51%) 였으며, 반대한다는 응답은 40%(매우 10% + 대체로 30%) 였다.

18-29세에서 찬성한다는 응답이 71%로 다른 연령대에 비해 높았다. 자녀가 없는 응답자는 ‘찬성’ 응답이, 자녀가 있는 응답자는 ‘반대’ 의견이 우세하였다. 비혼 출산과 동일하게 남녀간의 차이는 크지 않았다(남자 찬성 59%, 여자 찬성 62%)

비혼 상태에서 자녀 입양할 의사 있다 37% vs 없다 63%,

법적인 문제가 없다면 비혼 상태에서 자녀를 입양할 의사가 있는지에 대한 질문에는 63%가 ‘없다’고 응답하였다. 비혼 상태에서의 자녀 입양 시 가장 고려한 항목은 ‘태어날 아이의 행복(31%)’이었는데, 선택 의사에 따라 나눠 보면 비혼 출산과 동일하게 자녀를 입양할 의사가 있는 응답자들은 ‘본인의 의지’(39%)를 가장 많이 고려하였으며, 자녀를 입양할 의사가 없는 응답자들은 ‘태어날 아이의 행복(36%)’을 가장 많이 고려하였다.

현재 배우자가 없는 사람에게만 실제로 배우자가 없는 상태를 유지한 채로 자녀를 입양하는 것에 대해 생각해본 적이 있냐는 질문에는 ‘있다’ 응답이 25%였다.

법 개정에 대한 인식

정상 가족 범위 법 개정, 찬성 78%
비혼 여성의 보조생식술 허용 찬성은 59%

비혼 출산을 지원하는 법 개정, 그리고 가족 형태에 대한 법 개정에 대해서는 찬성 의견이 대체로 우세하였다. 정상 가족의 범위를 혈연 중심이 아닌 다양한 가족의 형태를 포함할 수 있는 방향으로 법을 개정하는 것에 대해서는 78%가 찬성하였다. 정자 밀거래를 방지하고 이용 범위를 확대해 불임 환자와 비혼 출산을 희망하는 사람을 도울 수 있는 공공정자은행 설립에는 70%가 찬성하였다. 비혼이라 할지라도 인공수정이나 보조생식술(시험관시술)에 따라 자녀를 가질 수 있도록 명확하게 법으로 규정하는 것에 대해서는 62%가, 보조생식술을 사실혼 관계에 있는 사람들 뿐만 아니라 비혼에게까지 확대하는 것에 대해서는 59%가 찬성하였다.

현재 한국의 법은 정상가족의 범위를 혈연 중심으로 이루고 있다. 이는 법에서 정해둔 가족의 범위에서 벗어난다면 법의 보호를 받을 수 없다는 뜻이기도 하다. 사람들은 정상가족의 범위를 혈연 중심에서 다양한 가족의 형태를 포함할 수 있는 방향으로 법을 개정하는 것에 대해 78%가 찬성하였다. 다양한 가족의 형태를 정식으로 인정해야 한다는 의견이 높은 것이다.

그리고 정자에 대한 밀거래를 방지하고 이용 범위를 확대해 불임 환자와 비혼 출산을 희망하는 사람들을 도울 수 있는 공공정자은행을 설립하자는 의견 역시 찬성 응답이 70%로 높았다. 정상가족 범위 확대와 공공정자은행 설립은 성별, 연령과 관계없이 전 세대의 공감을 이끌어냈다.

비혼 여성이 보조생식술(인공수정)을 받을 수 있도록 명확한 규정이 필요하다는 의견에 대해서는 62%가 찬성한다고 응답했다. 비혼 여성에게 보조생식술을 허용하는 것에 대해서도 59%가 찬성하였다.

찬성 의견이 높긴 하지만, 가족 범위 확대와 공공정자은행 설립에 비하면 찬성의견이 낮다. 이러한 차이는 2,30대 젊은층과 5,60대 고령층의 응답 차이 때문이다. 정상가족 범위 확대와 공공정자은행 설립에 대해서는 고연령층 역시 70%에 가까운 높은 찬성 의견을 보였다. 반면 보조생식술과 관련해서는 5,60대의 절반 정도만이 찬성해, 2,30대와 차이를 보인다.

조사 결과를 종합해 보면 다음과 같다. 결혼과 자녀 출산에 대한 인식은 ‘성별’과 ‘연령’에 따라 차이가 크게 나타나는데, 결혼과 자녀 출산을 필요하다고 보지 않는 입장은 특히 여성과 연령이 낮을수록 더 높다는 것을 알 수 있다.

비혼 출산에 대한 인식은 찬성 57%, 반대 43%로 찬성 응답이 더 높지만, 살제 비혼 출산 선택 의사에 있어서는 비혼 출산 찬성 응답자 중에서도 절반 정도가 ‘의사가 없다’고 응답해, 인식과의 괴리감을 보였다. 비혼 출산 선택 의사가 있는 측이 가장 고려한 사항은 ‘본인의 의사’였으며, 비혼 출산 선택 의사가 없는 측은 ‘태어날 아이의 행복’을 가장 많이 고려하였다고 응답했다. 이 결과는 비혼자의 자녀입양에 대한 인식에서도 동일했다.

비혼 출산 관련 법 개정에 대한 문항에서는 찬성한다는 응답 비율이 전반적으로 높은 가운데, 전세대가 공감한 것(정상가족 범위의 확대 , 공공정자은행 설립)과 세대별로 차이를 보이는 문항(보조생식술 법 규정, 비혼 여성에게 보조생식술 허용)으로 나뉘었다.

I invest in this broker for one year now. I studied chart reading well-used strategies during my trading with this platform and I profited gradually. So the strategy that I made was indeed working and I profited 30% at first. I continue to use the strategy hoping that I could double up the amount. I trade with this platform many times.
One time, I was staring at the movement of the chart. I was observing how am I going to stop the loss if it go against the position I made.
This time, I then made a move just to stop the loss because I realized as I observed, the movement goes against my position. While the chart was on the move, I expected a loss this time but then for me it's fine, it's only a mini amount because I already computed the profit. But when the ticker reached the final line, I was shocked because I saw the remaining balance reflected wasn't the figures as I was expected, the broker corrupted the 30% of my remaining amount, in short, my profit was gone. I wondered how it happens.
I reviewed the trading history to check if I could see how this thing happened but then I saw nothing on the history, I computed all the amount since I started the trading, and I found out there was a missing amount and that's it, the amount that was missing was the amount they corrupted during my trading.
For me, my experiences with this IQ option are enough to say they are not a reliable broker. I said experiences because I made a lot of bad experiences with them but I just ignored them.
I advise those who looking for a reliable broker I recommend to avoid this one.

Ну так, средненький брокер! Не скажу, что вообще все плохо. Нет, торгую с IQ Option почти год, и даже один раз выводил прибыль. Но раньше тут было круче! Было очень много бонусов, много хороших типов опционов. Сейчас многое изменилось, бонусы редки, из бинарных опционов только турбо и классические. Ну пока торгую, посмотрим.

Торгую с IQ Option много лет. Раньше было больше инструментов, сейчас их количество уменьшилось. Но остальные плюшки и бонусы остались. Платформа вполне удобная, простая в использовании. Брокер IQ Option не ставит палки в колеса, не мешает торговать. С выводом средств тоже все в порядке, деньги выводят.

Не многие компании я бы посоветовал для торговли бинарными опционами. Но брокер IQ Option точно входит в мой рейтинг ТОП брокеров бинарных опционов. Есть куча фишек и бонусов, которые помогут в прибыльной торговли. Можно даже получить несколько сделок, которые будут застрахованы от убытков. Конечно, есть определенные требования к таким сделкам, но требования легко выполнимы.

Сейчас с выбором бинарных опционов у всех не густо. Многие страны ввели ограничения. Но у IQ Option, на мой взгляд, достаточно инструментов. Я не торгую быстрыми опционами, в основном работаю с дневными и выше. Это вполне дает и хороший ориентир на тренд, и хорошую прибыль. Друг торгует интрадей, у него своя специфика. Вдвоем торгуем с IQ Option.

Сам вот уже как год торгую с IQ Option. Единственное, что не нравится, это малый выбор бинарных опционов и небольшое количество платежных систем. А так платформа вполне крутая, дает хорошие цены, котировки ровные, не прыгают. Сделки закрываются строго по полученным котировкам, которые практическим не отличаются от котировок других брокеров.
